Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. International shipping can take up to 30 business days depending on customs in your country.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you to redeliver the package. There will be an additional $10 fee to ship the item again in the United States and a $25 fee to reship the item Internationally. Please make sure that the address on your order is correct to avoid any delays and additional costs. If the mistake is on our end, we will reship the item to you at no additional cost.
